The pools were gorgeous, and the buffet was plentiful despite some inconsistencies. the location was also ideal, with easy access to the nearby shops and restaurants.

The rooms left something to be desired, with a slight odor and minor hygiene issues. It was also frustrating that the spa facilities were not part of the guest experience, and there were additional charges for basic amenities like water.

The food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the breakfast. The location was convenient for exploring the area. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Located in a beautiful region with easy access to cultural landmarks. The breakfast was fantastic and there were plenty of options to choose from. The staff was attentive, friendly and hospitable, always ready to help in any way they could.

The hotel infrastructure is a bit outdated, which may bother some clients. The room cleaning service was not very efficient, and there were some cleanliness issues, such as hairs on the bathroom floor.

Good We had a great stay at this luxury hotel! the exclusive amenities, such as the Spa & wellness centre, Swimming pool, and Turkish bath exceeded our expectations. the Full body massage was heavenly and left us feeling refreshed. the garden area is stunning, perfect for a leisurely stroll or reading a book. the restaurant food was delicious, I highly recommend ordering the In-room breakfast for the added convenience.

Bad the only minor issue we encountered was the slow service at the bar/lounge area. the private facilities in our room more than made up for it.

We were pleasantly surprised by the room, as it was spacious and well-designed. the bathroom was clean and had all the necessary amenities, including fresh towels and toiletries. the service was impeccable, with staff always eager to help and provide us with useful information. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning, with a good range of options to choose from. the hotel had excellent facilities, including a spa where we were able to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.
